The CSM Work Hub Dashboard gives a clear, real-time snapshot of the entire customer base, helping Customer Success Managers quickly understand health, risk, and growth opportunities.
It shows the total number of accounts, along with key highlights such as high-priority accounts, red (at-risk) accounts, renewals due in the next 30 days, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and overdue renewals—so CSMs can immediately see where attention is needed.
Supporting this, visual charts provide deeper insight: accounts by country show geographic distribution, accounts by health score show overall customer health, accounts by contract value highlight revenue concentration, and accounts by account type break down key segments. A renewals by month view adds a timeline of upcoming renewals, helping plan retention efforts and workload.
Together, these elements turn portfolio data into a simple, actionable overview for faster prioritization and decision-making.

The Planner module is a daily execution hub that helps CSMs manage and prioritize all account-related tasks in one place.
It is organized into clear time-based sections: Today’s Tasks for immediate actions, Next 4 Working Days for upcoming scheduled work, and Future for longer-term items. Backlog highlights overdue tasks that need attention, while Completed Today provides visibility on finished work.
Each task includes key context like account, priority, and timing, with quick actions such as Done or Snooze for fast updates. A daily progress indicator shows completion status at a glance.
Overall, it keeps workload structured, prioritized, and easy to execute day by day.
